- Electric contact flow sensors for low flow SVN-R/KSR-R operate according to the well-known principle of suspended float measurements and are suitable for liquids and gases. This flow sensor is mounted vertically, and the measured medium comes from the bottom up.
- The SWK-R variable cross-section flow sensor-relay operates on the well-known principle of a suspended float, but without the use of a conical flow meter tube. The diaphragm float moves in the direction of flow, counteracting the force of the spring in the cylindrical guide tube. A permanent magnet is mounted in the float, which drives a floating sealed reed reed mounted on the outside. The sensor-relay is small in size and can be mounted in any orientation. The SWK-R flow switches are ideal for low flow control.
- Rotameters and flow relays with viscosity compensation for viscous liquids VKM-R manufactured by KOBOLD are equipped with a damper float sliding inside a cylindrical measuring tube, as well as an integral diaphragm, which is a unique technology.
- For centralized flow measurement and switching, for example, hydraulic circuits, KOBOLD transfer combs are recommended for group installation. Up to eight flow relays can be installed in one group, taking into account that the maximum flow rate in the group should not exceed 24 l/min.
- The paddle flow relay for liquids PSR-R/PSE-R is a simple, economical and reliable sensor-liquid flow relay. Depending on the flow rate / flow rate, a curvature of the reflective wall occurs, as a result of which a balancer moves, which introduces a permanent magnet into the operating range of the sealed tongue contact, which is located outside the working fluid.
- The PPS-R paddle flow relay is suitable for pipes of nominal size larger than NW32.
The fluid flow (regardless of the direction) affects the blade and eccentrically activates a magnetic holder connected to a permanent magnet. The magnet activates a non-contact dry sealed magnetically controlled contact installed in the spark gap.
- The LPS-R vane bellows air flow relay is suitable for universal use, since the switching point and signal supply/reception can be manually configured over a wide range.
- The FPS-R flow relay manufactured by KOBOLD operates on the principle of a blade. The flow of the medium acts on the blade, activating the microswitch. The switching point can be easily adjusted, and the device is suitable for use in pipelines of various nominal sizes, if the blade is changed and the appropriate adjustment is carried out, the electrician of the device is reliably separated from the controlled environment by means of a bellows.
- The principle of operation of the blade flow switch for liquid DWN-R and DWU-R manufactured by KOBOLD is based on a diaphragm.
- The patent-protected lobed torsion flow relay manufactured by KOBOLD of the DPT-R type operates on the basis of the diaphragm principle. For the first time, a flat torsion spring simultaneously performs the functions of fixing the blade and the source of the elastic force. The device thus works with almost zero wear.
- The basis of the new type of flowmeter impeller with pulse output DFT-R is an internal ring magnet, which is hermetically isolated from the flow of the measured medium. It provides contactless transmission of the rotational motion of the impeller to the Hall sensor mounted on the housing (in order to save space). The latter converts the rotational motion into a frequency signal proportional to the flow rate.
